Due to the nature of rollerblading activity our products are supplied for RollKings LTD cannot be held responsible if goods break by force of impact, which may arise from falling or landing incorrect etc. All our products do carry standard manufacturer warranties for ‘ manufacturing defects’ and it is at RollKings LTD’s discretion to replace or repair any product found to be defective within 14 days, again subject to normal wear and tear of rollerblading products. This does not affect your statutry rights. If goods are faulty RollKings will endeavour, on your behalf ,to resolve these issues with the manufacturer and find you a replacement product at their cost. For goods to be accepted for return they need to be sent in the post back to us within 7 days from receipt. Goods must be returned unworn, unused, in original undamaged packaging and in a completely resaleable condition. When sending goods back to us please include written confirmation of why the goods are being returned, it may be better for you to also email us or call so we can best sort your return when it arrives promptly. If the return is due to a fault or mistake on our part we will pay for your returned postage however we cannot do this at other times, over the Christmas period RollKings may at our discretion waive this fee as a gesture of goodwill but this will again be at our own discretion. Items being returned remain your responsibility until we have accepted the goods at our end. RollKings would advise you to take out some form of postal insurance at the time of sending them to us.
